Shipping dates are approximate and are printed on your order confirmation. If all items on your order are in stock, and the order has no balance due, then the order will ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
All orders are shipped via ground service, except shipments to Alaska and Hawaii which require 2nd Day Air and are billed at cost. Dansco reserves the right to select the ground shipper. Shipping charges in the contiguous U.S. are calculated at $10.00 for the first item ordered and $0.25 for each additional item. Customers may request express shipping at an additional cost.
For orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S.: The amount of your shipping costs is not known until your shipment is boxed and weighted. A shipping deposit will be charged when placing your order, and the balance will be calculated when your order ships and automatically charged to your credit card. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and additional fees charged by their country.
Orders shipped via air or special delivery will incur additional charges that are determined by weight and package size, therefore cost is not available until time of shipment. All special shipping costs must be charged to a credit card at time of shipping. We offer 3-Day Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Saturday delivery to most areas.

Each order totaling $2000 or more after discount, and paid in full when placed, will be shipped via ground service free of charge within the contiguous U.S. We also offer free domestic ground shipping for all online orders ($100 minimum) that are paid in full when placed.
To help you track your package we strongly urge you to have an email address on file so that you receive an email notification when your order ships, especially if your order ships earlier than expected. Orders that are paid in full are shipped once they are complete, which may be earlier than your quoted ship week.
Please inspect all packages and costumes immediately. Any shortages or discrepancies in your order, or items in unsatisfactory condition, must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. After this time period we are not responsible for missing items. If there is a discrepancy - do not destroy the carton! Keep the carton and contact Customer Service to process a claim for lost or damaged merchandise.
