Become A Customer

Please be aware that you must be a dance studio, school or program to be able to purchase from us. We sell wholesale only to the dance industry and cannot sell to the general public. To request an account please fill in the following form and attach your proof of business.

Proof of business is required to set up an account, acceptable forms include: a copy of a voided deposit slip or check imprinted with the business name, or a copy of your business license. If you are requesting an account for an educational institution, city/town recreation department, or religious organization please attach a signed formal request on your letterhead.
