Ordering & Payment
You must be a dance studio, school or program to be able to purchase from us. We sell wholesale to the dance industry only and cannot sell to the general public. For existing customers with an established account, please log in to your user account to access our pricing and place an order. If you would like to request an account with us, please use the Become A Customer link to submit your information and our Customer Service Team will respond to your request.
ORDER LEAD TIMES
Order early! For orders received before January 1st, please allow 8-10 weeks plus delivery time. After January 1st, please allow at least 10 weeks plus delivery time. Lead times may be extended due to heavy volume of orders. Our website always shows the current quoted approximate ship date for orders placed that day. It is located in the upper right hand corner of the web page, as well as at checkout, and it is printed on your order confirmation. The quoted ship date is for the order and is not item specific. Each order is processed separately, with corresponding ship dates, and cannot be added to.
Closeout items are in stock. If everything on your order is in stock it will ship within 1-2 business days of being received. If your order is completed early, and has been fully paid for, it will automatically ship within 1-2 business days of being completed.

To qualify for a discount: your order must be placed/postmarked by the deadline (11:59pm EST), it must be paid in full when placed (sorry, no POs), and the total before the discount must reach the discount minimums. This discount applies to costumes, accessories, basics, and tights. Fabric and shipping charges are not included. One discount per order.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
We offer free domestic ground shipping for all online orders ($100 minimum) that are paid in full when placed. For orders not placed online, we offer free domestic ground shipping for orders of $2,000 or more (after discount) that are paid in full when placed. Sorry, orders placed with a PO do not qualify for free shipping offers.
All of our costumes (excluding accessories) are made in the USA and meet the “originating” criteria of NAFTA. A certificate of origin will be included with your packing list. Payment in full (in US funds) must be made before your order ships. Sorry, C.O.D. is not available.
Online orders must be paid in full when placed. For orders placed via phone, fax, or mail, a 25% deposit is required at the time your order is placed, however orders not paid in full when placed do not qualify for discounts or free shipping offers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, company checks and money orders. All web and phone orders must be placed with a credit card. Your account will be charged upon our receipt of your order. If you are paying by check we ask that you mail your order with your check. Your order is not considered valid until the deposit has been received.
We accept purchase orders from public schools, colleges, recreational departments and government organizations. Orders with a purchase order may be placed via mail or fax. We must have a purchase order number and an authorizing signature before processing your order. Sorry, orders placed using a PO do not qualify for free shipping or discounts. Balances on POs are due 30 days from date of shipment.
Checks returned by your bank will result in a $30 fee. We will make one attempt to resubmit for payment before cancellation of your order. To reorder payment must be replaced by a credit card, certified check or money order.
For orders that have a balance due, we will contact you once your order is ready to ship to arrange payment or you may request your order be shipped C.O.D. (see shipping information for fees and terms).
Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation showing your approximate ship date (for online orders your confirmation is emailed to you directly from the web site). Once you receive your confirmation please check it for accuracy and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
Cancellations can be made within 14 days of ordering on unshipped orders only. Costumes are made to order therefore cancellations made after this period will incur a $5 cancellation fee (per item). If cancelled merchandise brings your order total below the discount tier you had previously qualified for, your order will be recalculated using the discount tier you now qualify for (if any) which may result in additional charges.
Catalog/website color may vary slightly from actual fabrics and trim colors due to the printing process and image conversion. In the event a fabric or trim is discontinued, Dansco may make a suitable substitution. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. In case of non-delivery by a specific date Dansco, or it’s affiliates, will in no way be liable for any damages whatsoever beyond the monies paid and/or advanced by the purchaser. Deposits placed with orders that are abandoned revert to Dansco. Dansco is not responsible for orders lost or damaged during transit, however we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
