Exchanges & Returns

We accept requests for size/style exchanges and straight returns for most items. Items sold on closeout or clearance are “final sale” and cannot be exchanged. Tights, jewelry, wigs, hats, and custom styles are also not exchangeable. All exchanged/returned items must be complete, in original condition, unworn, and in their original bags. Altered, worn, or soiled items cannot be accepted.

REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE
Size/style exchanges are handled as new orders, with corresponding delivery times and shipping fees. To exchange an eligible item please contact Customer Service for Return Authorization (RA) paperwork. Clearly write your RA# on the outside of the package, and we must receive it by the end of the current recital season (June 30th).

REQUESTING A RETURN
We accept straight returns on eligible items up to 30 days from original ship date for Dansco account credit. Please contact Customer Service for Return Authorization (RA) paperwork. Once issued, your RA# is valid for 14 days. Clearly write your RA# on the outside of the package. Items received without a valid RA#, after the return window has closed, or received incomplete may no longer be eligible for return and no credit will be issued.

No refunds or credits will be given for any items received without a valid RA#, that are not in original condition, or that are ineligible for return/exchange.
