Exchanges & Returns
REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Requests for exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are handled as new orders, with corresponding delivery times and shipping fees. Items sold on closeout are “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged. Tights, jewelry, wigs, hats, and custom styles are also not returnable. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and in their original bags. Altered, worn, or soiled items cannot be accepted.
To exchange or return an item please contact our Customer Service Team for a return authorization number (RA#) which is valid for 45 days. Clearly write your RA# on the outside of the package. Packages received without a valid RA# will be refused and may delay shipment of the replacement item.

Exchanges received by May 22, 2020: No restocking fees
Exchanges received between May 23 and June 12, 2020: $15 restocking fee (per item)
Straight returns received by May 22, 2020: $10 restocking fee (per item)
Straight returns received between May 23 and June 12, 2020: $15 restocking fee (per item)
EXCHANGE AND RETURN REFUNDS
No refunds or credits will be given for any items received without a valid RA#, that are not in original condition, or are received after June 12, 2020.
