Exchanges & Returns

REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE
Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are handled as new orders, with corresponding delivery times and shipping fees. Items sold on closeout are “final sale” and cannot be exchanged. Tights, jewelry, wigs, hats, and custom styles are also not exchangeable. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and in their original bags. Altered, worn, or soiled items cannot be accepted.

We're here for you during these uncertain times and understand that many of our customers have had to reschedule their performances. In an effort to help we have extended our exchange policy for items ordered prior to the pandemic. Requests for these exchanges may be made until November 1st. No exchange fee. Exchanges are subject to availability. Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days. 

To exchange an item please contact our Customer Service Team for a Return Authorization number (RA#) which is valid for 30 days. Clearly write your RA# on the outside of the package. Packages received without a valid RA# will be refused and may delay shipment of the replacement item.

REQUESTING A RETURN
Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items sold on closeout are “final sale” and cannot be returned. Tights, jewelry, wigs, hats, and custom styles are also not returnable. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and in their original bags. Altered, worn, or soiled items cannot be accepted. All returns are subject to a $10 per item restocking fee.

To return an item please contact our Customer Service Team for a Return Authorization number (RA#) which is valid for 30 days. Clearly write your RA# on the outside of the package. Packages received without a valid RA# will be refused.
