How do I become a customer?
Please be aware that you must be a dance studio, school or program to be able to purchase from us. We sell wholesale only and cannot sell to the general public. Please visit our Request Account page for more information and to submit your request.
How do I log in to the website?
If it is the first time you are trying to log in to Dansco.com, please click here to register and create a password. You will need your Customer Number and PIN from the back of your Dansco catalog to register.

If you have already registered, enter the email address and password you registered and click the LOGIN button.
I am having trouble registering to use the web site, help?
Please check that you have the correct Customer Number and PIN for your account. The registration process requires a valid email address and that you create a password and select a security question. Please be sure to fill out the registration form in its entirety. At the bottom of the form you will need to type in the Captcha characters requested correctly, and then click the “Save Registration” button. Upon successfully registering, “Your registration was successful” will appear.

Do you offer any discounts?
To qualify for a discount: your order must be placed/postmarked by the deadline (11:59pm EST), it must be paid in full when placed, and the total before the discount must reach the discount minimums. This discount applies to costumes, accessories, basics and tights. Fabric and shipping charges are not included. One discount per order. Our discounts are as follows:

When will my order ship?
The estimated ship date is displayed above your shopping cart. This date is generally 8-10 weeks from date of order, with longer lead times given for orders placed between January and March. Each order is processed separately, with corresponding ship dates, and cannot be added to. All orders must be shipped as soon as they are complete. If there is a balance due on the order, we will call you when the order is ready to ship to arrange final payment.

Some items are in stock and ship within 1-2 business days. All of our closeout items are limited to in-stock quantities, and are also available for shipment within 1-2 business days. Please note: if items that are in stock are combined on an order with items that are not in stock, the order will not ship until everything is complete. What are your shipping fees?
All orders are shipped via ground service, except shipments to Alaska and Hawaii which require 2nd Day Air and are billed at cost. Dansco reserves the right to select the ground shipper. Shipping charges to addresses in the contiguous U.S. are calculated at $10.00 for the first item ordered and $0.25 for each additional item. We offer free domestic ground shipping for online orders ($100 minimum) that are paid in full when placed.

For packages being sent outside of the continental US, your shipping fee cannot be calculated until the time of shipment since it is determined by the size/weight of the package. Your online order will include an initial shipping fee (our standard shipping fee) when placed, with the balance of the shipping fee charged when your order ships.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. All orders are shipped from our location in Massachusetts. We offer: 3-day Ground, 2-day Air, and Next Day Air services, including Saturday delivery, depending upon location. Sunday delivery is not available. Orders shipped via express and/or special delivery will incur additional ship costs that are calculated at the time of shipping (determined by the size/weight of the package).

Do you offer partial shipments?
Yes. To request a shipment of any items on your order that are in stock, please call Dansco Customer Service at 800-326-7365. A $10.00 partial shipment fee will apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
Costume cancellations can be made within two weeks of the order date on unshipped orders. Cancellations made after the two week period will incur a $10 cancellation fee (per item). Cancellations can be made by calling Dansco Customer service at 800-326-7365. Please have your customer number and order number handy.
What is your return/size exchange policy?
Size exchanges are handled as new orders, with corresponding delivery times and shipping fees.

To exchange or return an item please call for a return authorization number (RA#). Clearly write your RA# on the outside of the package. Packages received without a valid RA# will be refused, and may delay shipment of the replacement item.

Restocking fees do not apply to size exchanges received by May 25, 2018. A $10 restocking fee (per item) will be charged for straight returns received by us by May 25, 2018. A $15 restocking fee (per item) will be charged for all items received by us between May 26 and June 15, 2018. No refunds will be given for any items received after June 15, 2018, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Items sold on closeout are "final sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged for size. Tights, jewelry, wigs, hats and custom styles are also not returnable.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and in their original bags. Any items received without an RA number, that are not in original condition or have been worn, or received after the return period will be returned to you and shipping charges applied to your account.
